Surviving a Downturn

Refreshing insights from Nicky Kamra in her Medium post on how to survive as an enterprise SaaS startup during the current downturn. Much of this advice is suitable for any economic environment:

1) Make yourself and your product a necessity to your customer
2) Cash is king, so do what you can to keep it on hand
3) Always stay creative in how you approach the market
