About the Founder
Lauren Argenti Rawlings is an executive search consultant driven by her passion to place diverse leaders. Throughout her career she has placed more than 40 women in leadership roles across function areas and geographies, in both public and private companies. Her goal is to achieve gender parity in US corporate leadership.
Earlier in her career, she helped to found Trewstar, a search firm that places women on corporate boards. Lauren was also a recruiter at SPMB, the top executive search boutique in Silicon Valley.
She holds a BA in Philosophy from Columbia University.
ALEXANDRA ANGELO | CLIENT PARTNER
Alex joins Precita after six years at Trewstar Corporate Board Services. She joined Trewstar in its infancy and was instrumental in helping the firm reach its 100th female placement during her tenure. She personally worked with over 30 different public, VC, and PE-backed companies across a variety of sectors. In addition to her interest in advancing corporate diversity, Alex is passionate about creating streamlined and efficient processes through the injection of new technologies and systems, both in the workplace and throughout the search process.
She holds a BA in Film Studies from Columbia University where she was a four-year member of the Women’s Varsity Rowing team.
Clare BASTIAN | Sector Lead, Consumer
Clare joins Precita from True Search where she spent over three years as a Senior Associate in the Consumer practice. With deep functional expertise across Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Operating Officer, General Manager, President, and VP HR, Clare worked with top-tier VC and PE-backed Consumer companies. She is passionate about connecting great people with dynamic businesses and motivated to help her clients build best-in-class teams.
Clare holds a BA in Art History from Princeton University where she was a member of the squash team.
SHANNON MCAULIFFE GLICK | HEAD OF RESEARCH
With a background in public health and health tech, Shannon joins Precita from recent senior management roles at Wellist and Zocdoc. She has experience working for and with companies of all sizes—from startups to larger organizations and understands the value of “fit” for both the hiring company and the talent as well.
She holds a BA from Boston College, an MPH from Boston University and is currently pursuing her doctorate in bioethics.
