Introducing Precita Placements

September carries with it feelings of renewed energy and a fresh start. Over the past few months we have been preparing for some exciting changes that we’re thrilled to share today: we are rebranding as Precita Placements and expanding into several new markets.

We got our start in the Mission in San Francisco, holding walking meetings and client coffees in Precita Park. We’re proud to be rebranding under this name with renewed vigor, excitement, and a new set of goals:

  • We’re expanding our practice to new industries outside of tech, including consumer, financial services, and professional services.

  • We’re expanding our team to be able to serve our growing client base. More details to come!

  • With all of this expansion, we’re sticking to our original mission: to achieve gender parity in US corporate leadership (read more about that mission here)

As we’ve grown, we’ve invested in new branding and an enhanced website that reflects the work that we’re doing at Precita, our values, and our mission of advancing women in corporate leadership.

We were lucky enough to work with two incredibly talented designers to turn our vision into a reality. Thank you to Jesse Straus of Bkrwter Design for creating a logo that represents our brand and to Victoria McGinley for her incredible attention to detail and the careful thought that she put into our web design and branded collateral. 

On the logistical side, we couldn’t accomplish anything without our talented accountant, Brittany Turner at Countless.io. She has helped in every step of the process.

Last but certainly not least, we owe a tremendous debt of gratitude to Julia Dzafic for her creative brand strategy vision and her digital marketing expertise that led to the launch of this site.
