Seat at the Table event with LinkedIn and Costanoa Ventures

On this lovely spring evening in San Francisco, I attended my first #womeninbusiness event with 50% men in the audience and on the panel.

Thanks to Costanoa Ventures and LinkedIn for hosting Seat @ the Table and for asking an important question: how do we bring more people into conversations on diversity?

According to recent LeanIn data, only 16% of companies hold managers and directors accountable for progress toward diversity goals. Dialogue needs to be ignited across levels, stages, and industries.

Also so great to see one of my all time favorite execs on the panel - Keri Gohman thanks for the reminder that diversity increases value in both the tangible and intangible within businesses and on teams.
